BUCKFIELD ART

I am an artist-educator who has been teaching art for the past ten years at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. This is my second year at Buckfield Jr./Sr. High School, where I teach a variety of visual arts classes to students in grade 7-12. By trade, I am a painter and also enjoy creating two-dimensional artwork in a variety of media, including photography. When not in school, I like to travel and be active outdoors. 

Buckfield Jr./Sr. High School Art Department Mission: 



The art department at Buckfield Jr./Sr. High School is designed to offer students a wide range of artistic experiences so they may explore their identities as well as how they relate with the world around them. Students are encouraged to create art is a variety of media in a safe and respectful environment. Creative problem solving is at the forefront of this program, as students will not be simply completing 'projects', as much as solving problems creatively.
